I think most of us end up in Hastings by accident! A perfect description of the strangeness that is this town. I would have loved to have heard the Tom McRae Midnight Cowboy 😎

I am GUTTED that the REAL Tom McRae’s (sans extra A) Midnight Cowboy is not opening in Southwark this week. Any chance the songs may be released from the vault some day?

Still, the story of the paths taken is a good one. Not too mention, I guess, it planted the seed of your interest in musicals and perhaps, Sondheim?

Looking forward to the new things we’ll hear from you.

A beautiful retelling of this journey towards Hastings; towards a Midnight Cowboy; towards new opportunities.

Whatever the format your writing is a joy to read; always elegant and passionate.

I can't wait to read a Book by this REAL Tom McRae.

You are such a fabulous writer - it was very much Midnight Cowboys loss and if it led in the end to Etrange Hiver it was very much our gain x

It's a sad and beautiful story, but we all have sad and beautiful moments along the way. I sincerely believe your writing will one day become a bestseller. For our part, and I think I speak for all your followers, I can say that we love your lyrics, your music, and your voice with those special tones that make you unique. We are and always will be your loyal followers.

Write a novella. I'll buy it before you've even given us the title. Your writing, musically or otherwise is unique and yet instantly strikes this harmonic with my brain. I don't know what you're going to say, but once you've said it, it's as if it filled in an empty jigsaw piece in my mind

It is a harsh-yet interesting to me- business you're in. Its cruelty seems only matched by the unexpected gifts it throws along the way. Hope to hear these songs one day.

Beautiful story. Take the good, leave the bad. We all need our people to carry us when our burdens overwhelm us 🙏
